Exciting News for Beauty Mind Spirt | Elephant Journal

Exciting news has arrived. If you follow me on Instagram, you already know that about a week ago I announced that something really exciting could happen. I really wanted to share what it might be at that time, but I didn't want to jinx myself or put any expectation on it. Well, the news is here and it's exciting news to share. Elephant Journal published an article I wrote on how to release stress, anxiety, and depression using simple nature-involved activities and a bath ritual to invoke a meditation and intention-setting practice.
